SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the recurring text message program operated by Open Space Alliance - Southern Arizona (the "Program"). By affirmatively opting in, you agree to these terms. Participation is voluntary and is not a condition of signing a petition, attending a meeting, contacting the organization, or receiving information through another channel.

Program description

The Program provides community-meeting reminders and information about the proposed Three Points Solar Project, project developments, community events, and volunteer opportunities. Messages may include links to our website or related public information. Open Space Alliance - Southern Arizona is a community-led organization and is not affiliated with a candidate, political party, political action committee, or election campaign.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile service plan. Contact your wireless carrier with questions about your plan.

Opt out

Reply STOP to any Program message to unsubscribe. You may also use END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. After your request is processed, you will receive a confirmation and no further Program messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Consent and eligibility

You represent that you are the account holder or customary user of the mobile number provided and are authorized to consent to messages at that number. If your number changes or is reassigned, you agree to opt out or notify us promptly. Consent applies only to this Program and cannot be transferred.

Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Program may not be available on all devices, plans, or carriers.

Changes or termination

We may change or discontinue the Program or these terms. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Any material expansion of message subject matter will be supported by any additional consent required by law or applicable messaging rules.
